So I went to yoga – and have actually been to two classes already as of today! Haha.
Never mind the fact that I feel so heavy, ungraceful, and just flat out inflexible in class. At least I tried and I’m still trying. There’s still 10 more days to go after all. Vinyasa 1 is the class I’ve been going to and it’s just perfect for beginners like me. Hot yoga was the first ever class I attended (yesterday) and I sweated like crazy! It made me really hungry after though even if I ate a LOT before the class. Hmmm maybe that was why I felt heavy.
Anyway, I don’t have pictures haha. I find that I like it so far though. It’s not so tiring yet it challenges me enough. I can’t wait for the day that I don’t feel so sloppy anymore. 🙂
